1.Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain; retum to pan.
2.Meanwhile, heat half the oil in a frying pan over moderate heat. Add sausages; cook and tum for 10 minutes or until cooked. Transfer to a heatproof board. Thickly slice diagonally. Add to pasta in pan.
3.Heat remaining oil in same frying pan over moderate heat. Add capsicum, onion and garlic; cook and stir for 5 minutes or until soft. Stir in soup; cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes or until sauce reduces slightly. Add sauce to pasta mixture in pan; stir to combine. Season. Serve pasta sprinkled with parsley.
