Method
1.Heat oil in a large saucepan over moderate heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes or until onion is soft. Stir in undiluted soup, paste and stock. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
2.Add ravioli; simmer,uncovered, for 8-10 minutes more or until ravioli is cooked. Remove from heat. Stir in basil.
3.Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. For each bread roll, make 4 evenly spaced cuts crosswise, about two-thirds of the way through roll. Spread margarine in each cut. Place bread on a baking tray. Sprinkle with tasty cheese; bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts and is golden.
4.Ladle soup into serving bowls. Top with parmesan and basil. Serve with garlic bread.
You can make garlic butter by combining 1 clove crushed garlic and 2-3 tablespoons margarine.
