1.Heat a large frying pan on high. Cook sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked through.
2.Split each sausage down the centre, but not all the way. Spread each with mustard.
3.In a bowl, mix cheeses, breadcrumbs, olives and parsley. Spoon into each cavity. Set aside. Preheat grill to high.
4.Arrange sausages on foil-lined tray. Grill for 4-5 minutes, until sausages are reheated and cheese melts. Serve with mash and sauteed cabbage and apple.
Garlic mash
5.Meanwhile, cook potato in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
6.Drain and mash potato with milk, butter and garlic, while hot.
