Ingredients

Method

1.Heat half oil in a large frying pan on high.
2.Season steak; cook 1-2 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove to a plate; cover with foil to keep warm.
3.Heat remaining oil on medium. Saute garlic 30 seconds. Add tomatoes; simmer 5-10 minutes, until sauce has thickened. Stir through basil and sugar; season to taste.
4.Add steaks; simmer, covered, 1-2 minutes, until heated through.
5.Transfer steak to plates. Spoon sauce over and sprinkle with feta. Serve with a green salad.
