Method
1.Combine all ingredients, except lamb, in a small bowl. Place lamb in a shallow dish and rub prepared spice marinade all over. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.
2.Preheat barbecue on medium. Place lamb on a wire rack and cook, covered, for 45 minutes for medium, or 1 hour for well done. Remove lamb from barbecue, loosely cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes. Carve and serve.
