Method
1.Combine tomato sauce, water, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar in the bowl of a slow cooker. Stir in chicken pieces and cover.
2.Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Stir in the pineapple.
3.In a small bowl, combine cornflour with second amount of water, then stir this into the chicken mixture.
4.Cook on high, stirring often, for 20 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Serve with a steamed green vegetable such as snow peas, beans or asparagus.
