1.Preheat oven to 240°C or 220°C fan. Lightly spray a 20 x 20cm shallow oven proof dish with cooking oil spray.
2.Spray a large frying pan with cooking oil and heat on medium. Cook onion and garlic 3 minutes, stirring, until onion is soft. Layer zucchini and tomato in prepared dish and season. Scatter over onion mixture and top with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes, until cooked. Place under a hot grill for 1-2 minutes, until golden.
3.Meanwhile, coat one side of steaks with pepper. Heat a chargrill on high and cook steaks 4 minutes each side, until cooked through. Serve with gratin and mixed salad leaves.
