1.Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water following packet instructions. Add peas for last minute of cooking.
2.Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat oil on medium. Fry breadcrumbs and garlic 1-2 minutes, stirring often, until golden.
3.Drain pasta and peas, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Return to pan with reserved water, ricotta, leaves, mint, zest and juice. Toss well and season to taste. Sprinkle with crumb mixture to serve.
