Method

1.In a large saucepan, heat oil on medium. Saute bacon rashers, garlic, chilli and paprika 2-3 minutes, until bacon is golden.
2.Add wine and cook 1-2 minutes, until it reduces slightly. Add pasta, stirring to coat.
3.Mix in passata and season to taste. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, stifling occasionally, 8-10 minutes until pasta is al dente and the liquid has reduced and thickened. Stir in olives.
4.Sprinkle with feta and top with rocket leaves to serve.

If necessary, add a little water when cooking sauce to thin consistency.
