Method
1.Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium.
2.Season steaks to taste. Cook 2-3 minutes each side, or until cooked to your preference.
3.Top steaks with mozzarella, spinach and capsicum. Serve drizzled with pesto and accompanied with salad.
Turn the steaks when you see a little moisture on the surface of the uncooked side.
