Method

1.Place mince in a bowl. Peel onion and chop finely. Crush garlic, peel and chop finely. Add onion, garlic, egg, undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to mince and combine well.
2.Press into a 20cm springform cake tin lined with baking paper. Spread topping over meat mixture. Bake at 180C for 45 to 50 minutes.
3.To make topping, place breadcrumbs in a bowl. Remove rind from bacon and chop bacon roughly. Chop sundried tomatoes roughly. Mix bacon, tomatoes and pine nuts into breadcrumbs with oil.
