Method

1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet instructions. Drain well, reserving a little cooking liquid. Keep warm.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Saute chicken for 3-4 minutes, until cooked. Add asparagus and garlic, and saute for 2-3 minutes, until just tender.
3.Toss chicken mixture through hot pasta with eggplant, feta, rocket and lemon. Serve straight away with crusty bread and a lemon wedge.
