Method

1.Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium.
2.Add leek, celery and garlic. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes, until softened.
3.Add tomato, beans, stock and macaroni. Increase heat to high; bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium.
4.Cook 10 minutes, adding green vegetables for last 3 minutes, until vegetables and macaroni are tender.
5.Season and serve with pesto and parmesan.
