Method
1.Combine steak with tamarind, pastes and honey in a shallow bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
2.Cook steak on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill pan). Remove from barbecue; cover, stand 5 minutes before cutting into thick slices.
