Method

1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until just tender; drain.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in large frying pan; cook garlic and chilli, stirring, about 1 minute or until fragrant. Stir in tomato and parsley; remove pan from heat.
3.Add sauce mixture to pasta; toss gently to combine. Serve topped with cheese.
