1.In a small bowl, combine oil, spice, zest, garlic and ginger. Rub over chicken to coat.
2.Heat an oiled char-grill plate on high. Cook chicken 8-10 minutes, until cooked through, turning once.
3.Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil on high. Blanch broccoli 30 seconds (or until bright green) and drain well.
4.In a small bowl, combine oyster sauce and sesame oil. Arrange thickly sliced chicken on a bed of rice with greens.
5.Sprinkle with chilli and coriander. Accompany with sauce, to drizzle.
