Method
1.Place vegetables in a bowl. Spray with oil and toss well.
2.For the chilli jam, combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until thick and jam-like. Remove from heat.
3.Meanwhile, preheat a char-grill on high. Char-grill vegetables for 2-3 minutes each side until tender. Transfer to a plate.
4.Sear the steaks for 3-5 minutes each side or until cooked to taste. Serve steak with chilli jam, char-grilled vegetables and salad leaves.
