Curried rice timbal
1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Place 6 x 1-cup tightly greased ovenproof dishes on a baking tray. Combine rice, vegetables, cheese and undrained tuna in a large bowl.
2.Spoon rice mixture into prepared dishes; smooth surface (pressing down slightly). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden, Remove from oven. Stand in dishes for 10 minutes.
3.Turn out rice onto a serving plate. Serve with salad.
You can use 2 x 410g cans peas and com mix, drained, instead of frozen mix. Use a 1.5-litre (6-cup) rectangular ovenproof dish; cooking time may vary.
Note
