Method
1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, according to packet instructions. Drain well, set half aside (refrigerate for leftovers).
2.Melt butter in large saucepan on medium. Sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, until tender. Stir in cream, capers, zest and juice. Simmer for 1 minute.
3.Gently toss pasta through sauce with smoked salmon. Season to taste. Serve sprinkled with fresh dill.
