1.In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta following packet instructions. Drain, reserving 1 1/2 cups cooking liquid.
2.In same saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Saute bacon 4-5 minutes, until crisp. Add capers and zest.
3.Add reserved cooking liquid, lemon juice, semi sun-dried tomatoes, sour cream and spinach leaves. Toss until warmed through. Season to taste. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
