Method

.Combine char siu and soy sauces, pour over pork to coat. Place in covered container and chill, turning occasionally, for 3 hours to marinate.
.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Spray a roasting pan with oil. Place pork in pan, brush with half the marinade, bake for 10 minutes. Turn pork, brush with remaining marinade and bake 10 minutes more, or until glazed and cooked. Remove pork from oven and rest, covered with foil, 5 minutes. Slice pork and reserve pan juices.
.Meanwhile, place noodles in a heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water. Stand for 2 minutes. Separate strands with a fork, drain well.
.Spray carrot and capsicum with oil. Heat a wok or large frying pan over moderate heat. Add vegetables, stir-fry 2 minutes. Add curry powder, stir-fry 30 seconds or until fragrant.
.Add stock, noodles and prawns to wok and stir-fry 2 minutes, or until heated. Remove from heat.
.Add snow peas, sprouts, onion and coriander and toss until combined. Spoon into bowls. Top with pork, drizzle with reserved pan juices and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve at once.
