Method
1.Heat a large frying pan on medium. Cook salami, 1-2 minutes, until crisp. Drain on paper towel then break into pieces. Set aside.
2.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet instructions. Drain pasta and return to saucepan.
3.Meanwhile, combine pasta sauce, capsicum and olives in same frying pan on medium. Cook, 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
4.Add pasta to sauce with basil. Toss to combine and season to taste. Serve topped with salami.
