Method
1.Cut chicken wings through joint to give you a wing tip and a drumette section. Combine sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika and 2 teaspoons of the onion powder in a bowl. Add chicken pieces; toss to coat. Cover with plastic food wrap. Chill for 4 hours to marinate.
2.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place marinated chicken, in a single layer, on prepared tray. Bake, turning once during cooking, for 45 minutes or until chicken is glazed and cooked.
3.Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chives and remaining onion powder in a bowl. Chill Ranch Dressing.
4.Serve chicken with dressing and salad.
Add 12 teaspoon chilli powder for a little heat.
