Method
1.Place steaks in a shallow bowl. Pour over combined mustard, oil, oregano, thyme, rosemary and garlic. Turn to coat, cover with foil and refrigerate for 3 hours to marinate. Remove from fridge one hour before cooking.
2.Preheat barbecue on high. Cook steaks for 5 minutes each side for medium-rare or until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat, cover loosely with foil and rest for 10 minutes before serving with salad.
If you’re short on time, reduce the marinating time to 1 hour.
