Barbecue-style pork rashers with slaw

These pork rashers are slathered in a marinade of all your favourite American flavours. The result? Sticky, spicy and smokey rashers that go perfectly with lots of crunchy coleslaw

Method

1.In a large, non-metallic baking dish, combine sugar, sauces, honey, cumin, coriander and chilli flakes. Season, then add pork, turning to coat with marinade. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight to marinate.
2.Preheat oven to 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
3.Transfer rashers to tray and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning and basting with pan juices after 30 minutes. Serve cooked pork with coleslaw.
