Method
1.Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water following packet instructions, until al dente. Drain well. Return to pan.
2.Combine all remaining ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Season to taste.
3.Toss avocado pesto through hot pasta. Serve topped with extra almonds and basil leaves.
If liked, add some shredded cooked chicken or semi sun-dried tomatoes.
Note
