Anchovy and parsley cauliflower with steaks

This tasty cauliflower dish, scrambled with salty anchovies and fresh herbs, is the perfect side to a big juicy steak.

Ingredients

Method

1.Heat a frying pan on medium. Add anchovies with oil, onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until anchovies dissolve and onion is tender.
2.Increase heat to high. Add cauliflower and olives. Saute for 3 minutes, until cauliflower starts to colour.
3.Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is tender. Stir through parsley. Season to taste. Serve with cooked T-bone steaks.
