White chocolate mudcake

Method
1.Preheat oven to 150°C (130°C fan-forced). Lightly grease a 20cm round cake pan. Double line sides and base with baking paper.
2.Place butter, white chocolate, sugar and milk in a medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Transfer mixture to large bowl. Cool 15 minutes.
3.Whisk combined sifted flours, eggs and vanilla into white chocolate mixture. Pour mixture into prepared pan, smoothing top.
4.Bake 1 hour 50 minutes, until cooked when tested with a skewer. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
5.To make chocolate sauce: Meanwhile, combine chocolate and cream in a small pan. Stir over a low heat 4-5 minutes, until smooth. Serve warm cake in wedges, drizzled with chocolate sauce.
Cover cake with foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to prevent it over-browning.
