Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly spray a 12-hole muffin pan with oil.
2.Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in sugar. Make a well in centre of dry ingredients.
3.In a jug, combine milk, butter and egg. Mix into dry ingredients until just combined.
4.Spoon strawberries into prepared pan. Top with muffin mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
5.Cool slightly. Level tops with a serrated knife. Unmould and serve with cream.
