Method
1.Line a 25 x 8cm (base measurement) bar pan with plastic food wrap; extend plastic at long sides for handles. Place chocolate and butter in a medium heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don’t let base of bowl touch water). Stir until mixture is melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
2.Stir in marshmallow, coconut, turkish delight and pistachios.
3.Spoon into prepared pan, then smooth surface. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Lift out of pan. Cut into slices. Serve.
Peel pistachios if you like; soak in boiling water 5 minutes, then remove skins. Use macadamias instead of pistachios. Use scissors dipped in icing sugar to cut marshmallows and Turkish delight.
