Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease and line the base of a 26 x 16cm (base measurement) slice pan with baking paper, extending paper over the long sides for handles.
2.Combine butter, dark chocolate and sugar in a medium saucepan: cook and stir over low heat until chocolate melts. Cool for 10 minutes.
3.Sift combined flours and cocoa powder over butter mixture; stir to combine. Stir in egg and white and milk chocolate.
4.Spread mixture into prepared pan; smooth the surface. Bake for 30 minutes or until the centre is just firm. Cool completely in pan (brownie will firm). Cut into squares.
