Method
1.Using an electric mixer, beat ricotta and sugar in a medium bowl until smooth. Add cream; beat mixture until combined.
2.Pour coffee and liqueur into a shallow dish. Dip half the biscuits, one by one, into liqueur mixture, then arrange (you may have to trim to fit) in a deep 3-cup glass dish. Top with half the ricotta mixture. Repeat layers. Cover with plastic food wrap; chill for 2 hours or overnight.
3.Serve Tiramisu topped with berries.
Replace coffee liqueur with hazelnut liqueur.
