Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
2.Cut 10 stars from each pastry sheet with a star-shaped cutter. Place stars on prepared trays and bake for 8-10 minutes, until puffed and golden. Cool.
3.Sandwich strawberries and cream between two pastry stars. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Dust and serve.
Have fun with the stacks – you can change the shape and filling by using flower-shaped fluted cutters and other fruits, such as blueberries.
