Strawberry ice-cream slice
1.Grease and line base and sides of a 26 x 18cm (base measurement) freezer-safe dish with baking paper, extending paper at long sides for handles.
2.Process biscuits to make fine crumbs. Add butter; process until combined. Press biscuit mixture evenly over base of prepared dish. Chill 5 minutes.
3.Combine ice-cream and strawberries in a large bowl. Spoon ice-cream mixture over biscuit base; smooth surface.
4.Drizzle melted chocolate over ice-cream. Freeze 4 hours, or until firm. Cut into squares; serve with extra strawberries.
