Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly grease an oven tray.
2.Place the strawberries in a small saucepan with maple syrup. Heat gently and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Drain, reserving fruit juices. Allow strawberries to cool; stir in orange segments.
3.Layer 5 sheets of filo together, spraying each with oil (see Notes). Halve stack. Place one quarter of the fruit mixture in the centre of each stack. Sprinkle with half the honeycomb. Gather up the edges of the pastry, scrunching together to enclose. Spray with oil. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Arrange on tray.
4.Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden. Dust with icing sugar and drizzle with reserved syrup, to serve.
Melted butter can be used in place of spray oil.
