Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan. Place apples in a baking dish. Combine currants, sugar, walnuts and cinnamon in a bowl and use to fill core of each apple. Cover with foil and bake for 25 mins, until almost tender.
2.Combine orange and lemon juices, and golden syrup. Pour over apples. Bake, uncovered, basting occasionally, for 15 mins, until tender.
3.Top with cream and extra cinnamon. Serve.
