Method
1.Preheat a barbecue on medium. Lightly brush with oil.
2.In a small bowl, combine butter, sugar and cinnamon.
3.Cook peach halves and pineapple slices 3-5 minutes, until grill marks appear. Turn and top each piece of fruit with butter mixture. Cook fruit for another 3 minutes, basting frequently.
4.Serve hot with mascarpone and remaining juices.
Other fruit such as mango cheeks, apricot or nectarine halves can be used.
