Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
2.In a small bowl, combine almonds, icing sugar and cointreau. Spread onto trays.
3.Bake for 20-25 minutes, until toasted and flaky, stirring every 5-10 minutes to break up. Transfer to a bowl. Allow to cool.
4.Add chocolate and raisins to bowl, stirring until nuts are completely coated in chocolate. Spoon heaped teaspoonfuls onto a large tray. Chill until set. Serve chocolates as a treat.
For something different, you could try a mixture of hazelnuts and almonds.
