Method

1.Combine cordial and water in a large jug. Pour into a shallow non-metallic freezer-proof dish. Cover with plastic food wrap; freeze 2 hours, or until just frozen.
2.Using a food processor, process iced mixture until smooth. Return to dish; cover. Freeze 2 hours, or until just frozen.
3.Place iced mixture in a food processor with egg white; process until pale and smooth. Return to dish; cover. Freeze overnight, or until firm. Scoop sorbet into balls; place into cones. Serve.

For an adults-only Summer cocktail, spoon sorbet into glasses and top with sparkling wine or clear spirits.
