Raspberry clafouti

This French inspired pastry-less tart is traditionally made with cherries. But we've used tangy raspberries in this delicious version.

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Spray a 1.75-litre (7-cup) shallow, round, ovenproof dish with oil. Place berries in a large bowl; sprinkle flour over berries and toss to combine. Scatter berries in prepared dish.
2.Combine almond meal and caster sugar in a large bowl. Make a well at centre. Whisk yogurt, eggs and milk; stir into almond mixture until combined.
3.Pour yogurt mixture over berries in dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until just set. Stand 15 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve at once.

For crunch, scatter flaked almonds over before baking.
