Ingredients

Method

1.Melt butter in a 28cm frying pan on medium. Stir in brown sugar until melted. Spoon apple evenly over the butter mixture.
2.Prepare cake mix following packet instructions, using eggs, butter, sour cream and milk. Fold in sultanas. Pour evenly over apple.
3.Cover with foil and cook on medium heat for 30-35 minutes, until cooked when tested (insert a skewer into centre of the pudding -if it comes out clean and dry it is cooked). Serve warm, in wedges, with custard and a sprinkling of toasted coconut.

You can use any canned fruit in this pudding.
