Method
1.Place sugar, honey, redcurrant jelly and tea bags in a large saucepan. Add 600ml water and bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
2.Add pear, cover and simmer for 12-15 mins, until pears are just tender. Remove from heat. Remove and discard tea bags.
3.Stir in cranberries. Stand for 15 mins, for flavours to infuse. Serve pears with warm syrup and yoghurt.
