Method
1.In a medium saucepan, combine milk, cream, sugar and vanilla bean.
2.Stir rice into milk mixture. Bring to boil on high. Reduce the heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring frequently, for about 30-35 minutes until the rice is tender and creamy.
3.Stir pineapple through. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Serve warm sprinkled with cinnamon.
