Method

1.Grease a round (26cm), 4cm-deep microwave-safe quiche dish. Grease outside edges of a microwave-safe ramekin (8cm) and place in centre of dish, base-side down, to form a ring-style pan.
2.Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl, cover and microwave on high (1200 watts/100%) for 1 minute. Immediately add chocolate to butter and stir until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.
3.Place brown sugar, caster sugar, flour and pecans in a large bowl. Add chocolate mixture, eggs and vanilla, and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined. Pour into prepared dish. Microwave, uncovered, on medium (600 watts/50%) for 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting into pieces, then dust with icing sugar. Serve.
