Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Place pastry on tray. Sprinkle evenly with almond meal. Roll edges in on two sides to form a 1.5cm border.
3.Arrange fruit on top; sprinkle with sugar. Bake 10-15 minutes, until pastry is puffed and golden.
4.Dust with icing sugar and serve warm with ice-cream.
