Ingredients: 1 cup roughly chopped dried pears; 1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts; 75 gram nougat, roughly chopped; 150 gram dark chocolate, melted

Ingredients

1 cup roughly chopped dried pears

1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts

75 gram nougat, roughly chopped

150 gram dark chocolate, melted

Method

1.In a bowl, combine pears, nuts and nougat. Add melted chocolate (see tip), stirring to coat.

2.Line an oven tray with baking paper. Spoon tablespoonfuls of mixture onto trays. Set aside until firm.
