Method

1.Combine tea and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
2.Pour tea mixture into a 23cm (base measurement) square cake pan; cool. Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
3.Spoon peaches into serving bowls. Using a fork. scrape granita into flakes; spoon over peaches. Serve at once.

It is best to make granita within 2 days of serving. Flake just before serving.
