Method
1.Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and beat really well until combined.
2.Pour into a lined rectangular baking tin (aprox 27cm x 20cm) and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
3.Turn out, cool and cut into 14 slices.
To make prune purée, blitz about 150g of pitted prunes with approximately 6tbsp of water. The mix should have the consistency of single cream.
