Ingredients

Method

1.In a saucepan, bring berries and sugar to boil, stirring occasionally.
2.Combine arrowroot (or cornflour) with water in a small bowl. Add to berry mixture and stir on low heat, until mixture thickens slightly. If necessary, thicken more by adding another tablespoon of arrowroot and extra water.
3.Cool and spoon into individual serving dishes or glasses. Sprinkle with almonds and serve with yoghurt.
