Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease and line a baking tray.
2.Cut pastry sheet into 4 even squares. Fold in edges to form 1cm border.
3.Brush all over with milk. Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden.
4.Divide berries evenly between pastry squares. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake further 4-5 minutes until warmed through. Serve immediately, dusted with icing sugar and with a dollop of cream.
Other canned fruit could be used in place of berries – remember to drain well before topping pastry.
